The ashlar is the main material in the architecture of the White City and is located in the district of Cerro Colorado, here you can observe the process of extraction, carving and mega carving of the ashlar. The route of the Sillar is currently administered by the Network of Cutters of Sillar of Arequipa, includes a length of 2000 meters, covering the exploitation of Añashuayco, cutters and the area without exploiting the Culebrillas.
